Miro Caminade is degree educated, REPs level 3 and a fully insured personal trainer based in Clifton, Bristol. He has conducted thousands of exercise sessions over the last ten years and worked all over the world including Australia and Thailand. Produced and presented a commercial fitness DVD on lower back pain, written fitness articles for local media in Clifton (Clifton Life) and currently writes for online media (Evolved) on a regular basis. He has worked alongside the industry’s leading specialists including, renowned spinal surgeons, Pilates Physiologists, Musculoskeletal Therapists, Personal Trainers and Physiotherapists.
He now conducts personal training sessions and a number of exercise classes in Clifton, Bristol.
Using knowledge developed over the years and from working for a year at one of Australia’s elite fitness studios he has developed his own philosophy and approach to training: Unique, supportive, results driven and specific to each individual.
