Personal Training Sessions

One hour or 30 minute sessions will be set up around a schedule that suits you. You will also have full guidance on nutrition and other lifestyle factors. Extra exercise sessions will be planned and designed for you to perform in your own time, if needed.

30 Minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Sessions

These are perfect for people who are short on time and want to increase their fitness and lose weight. Really fun and varied sessions, you will sweat and burn body fat! Sessions designed around your current fitness level.

Monday 7pm – 8pm
Saturday 10.30am – 11.30am

A fun session for all exercise levels. After we warm up and mobilize the joints, a number of cardiovascular exercises are performed, we then move into core exercises and finish with a long stretch also focusing of deep breathing.

Group Personal Training:
Monday 8pm – 9pm
Redland Tennis Club Fitness Studio.
Using dumbbells and equipment we focus on working and toning the whole body with perfect form. Suitable for all exercise levels.

Outdoor Circuits:
Wednesday 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Redland Tennis Club – Park in front of the church (next to Redland Green Road) BS6 7HF
Get some fresh air with this total body workout. Suspension trainer (TRX), body weight and cardiovascular exercises are performed to give you a great and fun workout. Suitable for all exercise levels.

You have the option of having the personal training sessions at:

Outdoors (the Downs, or any parks in a four mile radius)

Your own home* (Equipment will be supplied)

The training is results driven and you have the option of having a full health check at the beginning and then every six weeks to make sure you get the results you want and require. This can include any of the following:
